I got my Auto and Home insurance done through Connie Roth earlier and now again today and am very satisfied with the services. There are many good reasons but the one which I liked the most is the promptness. She is very responsive and almost always available to answer any questions to one's satisfaction irrespective of time ( early morning or late evening) or day (Saturday or Sunday). Another important point is the quality or information which is always very good and helps in taking decision. I would highly recommend Connie Roth for the Auto or Home insurance.

I have known Connie for almost 15 years now, and, there is no way I ever want any other agent to protect any of my insurance interests or needs. She's professional, quick, courteous, thorough, diligent, and, knowledgeable. She gets the job done, and, done right! Finds the best rates with the best rated companies to protect me, and, my family. She actually sat on the phone for over two hours to find the right plan for me with Blue Cross. You don't find agents like this hardly ever. Connie, I just wanted to give you a big thank you for having the foresight to include the Loss Assessment coverage to our home policy. Since this is our first town home, we would never have known to ask for this coverage. Back in 2007 my neighbor switched carriers. State Farm cancelled his Home because he filed a claim for roof damage because of a storm. He told me about Connie Roth and how much money he saved. I quickly got quotes from Connie. Encompass kept increasing yearly premiums w/o 1 claim ever being filed. So i was lucky to Find Connie Roth. I saved a bunch of money and gave my neighbor a case of beer. Since then Connie has always been there for me with answers & coverage and shows an expertise for identifying scenarios that consistantly save me money w/o sacrificing the coverage best suited for my needs. She has empathy as well and I can say that I also call her my friend. We share family stories & often end up in pleasant talks that have nothing to do with insurance. For me there is only one agent I trust & respect and that is Connie Roth. Well once again rates kept going up & up & up. Only claim I ever filed with AAA was for windshield replacement. Recently switched carriers and saved over $400 on truck & 2 cars plus Home. She did it once again!

I stumbled across Connie many moons ago. I trust her with ALL my insurance needs. She makes things seamless, is super responsive, and best of - she allows me to communicate via email most of the time which allows me to get my other stuff done while juggling insurance matters. The one claim I did have, she was an advocate for me and was always in my corner. Seriously - why go anywhere else?

We're having a 2002 Stags Leap Petite Syrah with some steaks. Not bad!  Which means I'm not working and you shouldn't be either. Hopefully from now on, I won't be bothering you over the weekend again. Once again, just because I have a brain fart or something that resembles a brainstorm over the weekend doesn't mean I want YOU to do anything about it until normal working days-which usually means Monday through Friday. I love you for being so efficient but I'd love you just as much if you waited until Monday or whenever to take care of this stuff. Most of the time, nothing happens with the insurance companies until "normal business hours" unless there's some emergency.   From now on, I will try my very absolute best to not contact you over the weekend unless there truly is an emergency. You're too sweet and conscientious not to respond or wait until Monday to take care of things. You are the greatest insurance agent ever. You don't need to work 24/7 to prove it to me. 😘
